My name is Ray Ortiz and I've been a friend to the Osegueda family for more than 10 years. In those years I've seen the family selflessly give of themselves whenever there was need or when it's just the right thing to do. It's a quality that cannot be measured. 

But this Go Fund Me story is not about me but about their 8-year-old niece Kayleigh Zut. Kayleigh's mom, Courtney Osegueda was taken from her family on February 25th, 2021 when she was killed by a hit-and-run driver, leaving her young daughter Kayleigh without her mother. 

As the Osegueda family moves to guide young Kayleigh's future, I would ask that we come together as a community to assist with the start of a College Fund that will help guarantee a brighter life for Kayleigh.
