In March of this year we very sadly lost our beloved Mam and friend to many Liz Kennedy following a brave battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
Anyone who knew Mam already knows how amazing she was and we are all still coming to terms with the loss.
Between us we hope to raise as much as possible to support the vital research needed to help with future treatment for this awful disease.
On Thursday 22 and Friday 23 June 2023 - 8 full rounds of golf will be an estimated 40 miles across the two days, a staggering 100,000 steps!
If that wasn’t enough of a challenge, we are doing it in two different parts of the country with four rounds at Pike Fold Golf Club, Bury on day 1 followed by another four rounds the very next day at Eden Golf Club, Carlisle on day 2.
‘Pancreatic cancer is a tough one but we're taking it on. We're supporting those affected by the disease, investing in ground-breaking research, lobbying for greater recognition of pancreatic cancer and being a voice for everyone involved in the fight. Together we're taking it on. Hi friends, join me in making a difference by supporting a good cause! I'm raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK and any donation will help make an impact. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to me.’
