A new wheelchair for NoahGrace

Hi, my name is NoahGrace, I am a smart, funny and caring 9years old a with Spastic Cerebral Palsy Grade IV.
My Cerebral Palsy affects so many muscles in my body from my back, abdominal, hands and mostly my legs. This disability affects my ability to proform menial tasks independently.
I never let my wheelchair prevent me from getting involved in any activity that would be easier to do if only my legs would function 100%.
The last few years have been very expensive and everyone in my family has had to make sacrifices so that we could purchase a house and modify it with ramping and an accessible bathroom and purchasing new transportation that accommodated me in my wheelchair because I had become to heavy to lift or carry anylonger and I have now grown to the point that my wheelchair is to small and I need your help to purchase my dream wheelchair. This new wheelchair will help me be more independent and confident, one that allows me to stand and help me be included in more activities, whilst allowing me to develope and maintain muscle and bome strength in my legs and most importantly (to me) help me be more indepenently involved in cooking in the kitchen, which I LOVE!
This new wheelchair for me is secondhand but is in outstanding condition and could see me through the next 8years or more and brand new wheelchairs such as this one go for upwards of $30,000.00! Unfortunately being secondhand there is no goverment assistance available to assist in purchasing this chair(and we would only recieve $10,000.00 towards the purchase of a brand new one) and without your help my family will struggle funding this wheelchair.
Any help towards my wheelchair would be greatly appreciated and would mean I will have greater independence in daily life.
