Hi, my name is Ben, and alot of you may know me from Lips or Hillcrest and some from back home. I'm asking for all of yalls help in FINALLY getting top surgery, which has been something I've wanted to do since I came out 6 years ago. I finally have a wonderful job that I am able to take time off to fully heal from surgery and also a great partner to help with recovery as well. This is not a charitable casue, more of a supportive one. In an effort to pay for surgery I have saved up as well as countinuing to look into grants and other avenues. This will help with some of the surgery costs but also in the 4-6 weeks of being out of work and any unexpected issues. I've wanted this for so long and to have a surgery date within sights, I'm overcome with happiness. What a better way to start pride month than becoming who I want to see in the mirror?
