House Fire Matt and Leslee Fund

Hi there!  We are good friends of Matt, Leslee and Logan (age 9).  We are raising money to help them out financially, as they lost their home to a fire which was started in the neighboring house in Kincora.  In the early hours of March 8, 2016,  Leslee woke up to a crackling noise, thinking it was maybe hard rain on the window.  She looked out the window to see that the house next door was on fire.  She grabbed the phone and called 911 and got her husband Matt and son Logan up and out of bed.  They had absolutely no time to take anything with them but the clothes on their backs.  No sooner were they out of the house was their house on fire.  The fire has destroyed four homes.  To add to their story Leslee lost her job in January due to the oil and gas layoffs and work has been very slow for Matt as well.

The money raised will be used to buy the nessesary clothes, food and to help them with rebuiding their life.  You can't replace the important things so close to ones heart such as wedding rings, photo albums containing lifes memories.  But we can pull together as a community and help them to rebuild.

This unfortunate event could happen to anyone.  Our hearts break for them and we would do anything to help them piece their lives back together.  

Please give what you can and know how thankful we are to you for contributing.   As they have nothing and are living on the bare neccessities, any money donated will be used immediatly to help them rebuild as soon as possible.
