Please help me get to Mayo clinic!

My name is Taylor and I am a mom of 6 and 1 angel baby. I have spent the last 11 years dealing with a variety of symptoms, but have never really gotten clear answers on why I have all of the health problems that I do.

I have an appointment scheduled for November 6 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to finally get some answers, but first I have to get there! I'm asking for financial assistance to help me rent a car and a hotel room, as well as any other expenses (gas, food, etc.) that I might need for the trip. My hope is that at a bare minimum, this trip will allow me to get diagnosed and have some help coming up with a reasonable treatment plan that will improve my quality of life.
