Help for Megan

Let let me tell you about Megan. She just turned 21, is a freshman at Kent State, and developed juvenile arthritis at age 6 and has battled Ulcerative Colitis for the last 11 years.  Her mother is a single parent struggling to make medical payments, the house mortgage and provide for her two younger brothers as well. Now Megan is facing major intestinal surgery.  Mom is selling a family ring to raise funds and soon will be forced on to unpaid leave at her school counseling job. 

Megan is such a delight! She's very talented in her fashion design field of study, a moving song writer and budding performer, and a gentle soul. She has battled her illnesses for many, many years and remains upbeat and full of life. 

Please help her pay her bills and get out from under some of these specters of life.  I've never done this before, not sure how it will work, please follow your heart as if to help or not.
