Matty Strong !

As many of you know, sweet little Matty boy has not been able to catch a break since day one of his short three months of life. Matty has been in and out of the PICU now three times and each time he leaves with very little answers and is never 100% better. Although he is currently stable, he will still need to have quite a bit of testing with numerous specialist and doctors to figure out just what is causing him to get so sick. In the interm he has to try to stay germ free so he can stay out of the PICU and remain well enough for the tests they need to run. For those of you who do not know Matty has come down with the rhinovirus twice, which usually would be just a cold but for Matty, it has made it very hard for him to breathe on his own, he has been on high flow oxygen more than half of his short little life so far and has also been dealing with G.I. issues and has not been eating much. Due to the unknown future medical expenses and time off of work as well as all the travel costs any little bit can help ease the financial burden.

This is a family who never asks for much. Big sister Layla has been amazing as her family has been split on and off for so long while she was also fighting stomach bugs and other fun illnesses from daycare. But she is patiently waiting to be able to happily play with her baby brother again and keep everyone home together.
