Jordon Graham's Memorial Rugby Match

Donation protected
Last summer a former rugby player and friend of mine was lost in extremely unfortunate circumstances. Jordon Graham was a gentleman and did not deserve the fate that befell him. Tragically Jordon left behind him a loving family and a huge amount of friends who since then have shown great support through physically attending memorial ceremonies and writing glowing tributes to his much loved character on social media sites. Although Jordon left behind him warm memories that to all of us will never leave our thoughts he also left another legacy, that legacy is his young son Toby.

In order to honour Jordon's memory the Durham City RFC U18's Old Boys will hold a memorial rugby match in his name. This game will be held on Sunday 17th August at Hollow Drift (Durham City) between Consett RFC (his first club), Durham City RFC (his second club) and Blaydon RFC (with which he won the County Cup). The proceeds of this game and the money raised prior will be held in trust for Jordon's son Toby, this will be presented to Toby as a gift from Jordon's friends and all who loved him when he reaches an age of maturity.

As I'm sure you'll agree this is an extremely worthy cause and I would greatly appreciate any donations that you could afford as would all of Jordon's friends and family.

Best Regards,
