Replace stolen handicapped VAN

We had a 1996 Dodge Ram Van with a wheelchair lift that was STOLEN last weekend. It was insured, but the coverage will not be enough to replace it. We would like to get a new or gently used minivan with a lowere floor and ramp to accommodate the power wheelchair. Please help Breanna get her freedom back.
