On December 4th, 2022, Chase Warner was hospitalized for high blood pressure. After a renal biopsy, it was found that both kidneys were failing and required a kidney transplant.

Chase is a fun, loving 19-year-old who currently attends SIUE. He is beyond dedicated to his family, friends, and everyone he meets. Chase is the light in every room and is always making others laugh. He never fails to make others happy. Being around him is invigorating.

We are asking for others to donate in hopes of aiding Chase and his family. This will be a very long and strenuous process for him and his family, and we would appreciate any donation. We thank you for your support and hope and pray for Chase's recovery.
