Help Rose Keep Her Home in Sedgwick
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Christine Ayala, I have been friends with Rose Madden Bradshaw for 40+ years. We’ve seen many of life’s highs and lows together, and now is one of those hard times where she needs a little help.
Rose has always been such a hard worker, and the kind of person who always puts others before herself. She would never in a million years ask this for herself, so I am so taking it upon myself to try to help her.
These past years, Rose has endured many hardships, through no fault of her own. Her husband has been in and out of the hospital for years with medical issues, and has not been contributing the household, so Rose has been the the sole provider which has quickly depleted her paychecks. He is now living apart from her and we are hoping she can finally heal and get a new lease on life.
So, now to the reason I am starting this Gofundme, Rose’s mom (Wanda Madden) died on Christmas day of 2021. Rose inherited the beautiful two story farm house that she was raised in, and the house that I had many good memories in as well, but unfortunately there is a good portion of back taxes to be paid.
Like I said, Rose has never not worked a day in her life, and her work is hard work, she is a CNA. I can vouch to say that to many of her clients she is beloved. She took very good care of one of my longtime friends when he was recuperating in a long term care home after a major surgery. He private messaged me to tell me how much he loved her, and what good care he got from her, not only physically but emotionally as well. Rose has a way of lifting spirits and has ALWAYS been good at making people laugh. Her only “fault”, if you can call it a fault, is caring so much for others that she puts herself last.
Onto the final thing, Rose is to going into the Surgery Center on Monday for a heart cath, she may have some blockages that could possibly lead to heart bypass surgery. Let’s hope and pray that they can just take care of whatever it is with stents. All of these doctors appointments have yet again resulted in her having to miss work, and could possibly lead her to missing weeks if not months of work depending on the results.
I think the majority of us know what it’s like to try so hard to get ahead, but you just can’t get your head above water. Paying off this big tax bill would help her immensely. I love my friend so much, and I know that many of you who have known her for many years love and care for her as well.
If you would, please consider helping, ANY amount will help, and if you cannot help financially, please keep her in your thoughts or prayers that she gets through these medical issues and financial issue.
I FINALLY got her blessing to do this.
I know that she will thank you all from the bottom of her heart and cry from the kindness shown to her. She loves her home and loves being back in Sedgwick.
I will update after I close the fundraiser to show that it went toward paying off these taxes.
Let’s help ease her burden. Thank you! ❤️❤️
