Help Us Start a New Chapter:

Hello everyone,

To start out with, I just want to add that I have already been in contact with 211, the housing authority, the housing commission, the county I live in, homeless shelters, resources through my psychiatrist, food banks, private landlords, government sites, and I am being told there is no funding in the county. I was referred to 'Safe Parking Spots.' I proceeded to ask what these were, and I was told the county gives a list of safe parking where homeless/potentially homeless people can park if needed to sleep in their car.

With that being said.....

I'm reaching out with a hopeful heart during a challenging time. Recently, I’ve encountered a very unsure, scary, stressful, and emotional time in our life.

In September 2021, I relocated and moved to San Diego from another state. I gave up my job, my independence, and my house to combine what I thought was going to be my family with the person I was with for many years (traveling to see each other every weekend).

When we moved to San Diego, my ex-significant other had a friend who is our landlord rent to us.

To say in the very least, it was a complete fail. This person became very mentally, financially, and emotionally abusive (I have proof of it all). I was attempting to leave him; I was just trying to save money to do so.

Very recently, I received a notice stating I need to vacate the property. He turned in his keys, abandoned his obligations, and everything has fallen on me with no notice. I had no idea.

This has left me scrambling, trying to figure things out for my kids and me.

I also have dogs, and this has resulted in extreme stress. I do not have any family to help me, and I have no family local.

I do work and have 2 jobs. However, the problem is my ex-significant other had manipulated things on my car to make it not run. I am trying to figure out the logistics so that we can relocate, which work has already approved a transfer for me.

I am trying to uphold a Turo rental vehicle doing UberEats daily on the side, and it has been incredibly tough. This takes hours upon hours.

Through all of this, we have lost every single thing we own other than our dogs and the clothes on our back.

I am in DESPERATE need of help financially, and I would never ask for any of this if I truly didn't need it.

Right now, the thing we need help with the most is transportation/money for housing because my credit is not that great, and having financial struggles due to this crisis has skyrocketed.

All of this has been very exhausting, draining, stressful, and has very much played a role in triggering my PTSD, severe anxiety, and depression.

We are safe at this time but definitely need to be out of this house very soon per the notice we received.

Any help, even if it is $1.00, will make a difference in our situation.

Please help us in any way you can so that we can get relocated and have our life back.

This situation has been incredibly tough, but I’m determined to overcome it and start a new chapter. With your help, I can figure out our car situation, figure out our housing situation, and get back on our feet as soon as possible.

Your support, whether through donations or by sharing my campaign, means the world to me. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.

One tired, exhausted, worn-out, hardworking mama trying to make ends meet in this emergency mess of a situation.

God Bless
