With a heart full of pain and urgency, we are reaching out to ask for your help to save Afra Fatima, our beloved 7-year-old daughter, who is in critical condition following a massive brain hemorrhage.

On 14th June 2025, Afra collapsed at home after vomiting and became unconscious. She was rushed to Owaisi Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad. Scans revealed a severe brain bleed and an Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). She underwent emergency brain surgery (suboccipital decompressive craniectomy) on 15th June, and later a tracheostomy due to breathing complications. On 28th June, an angiogram confirmed a dangerous AVM in the left cerebellum.

Afra is now battling:

Cerebellar hemorrhage with hydrocephalus

Post-operative complications

Tracheostomy and ventilator support

Risk of infection and seizures

Her condition remains fragile — she needs prolonged ICU care for another 4–5 weeks.
