Sheila Elliott has dedicated her life to serving others. As the full-time EMS Director for University Emergency Medical Response (UEMR), Sheila oversees both the First Responder Organization and the Education Divisions, ensuring that UEMR provides the highest level of service to the UT Dallas community. With years of leadership, including her work with Methodist Health System to create the North Texas Paramedic Education Consortium, Sheila has been a driving force behind EMS education and the well-being of countless individuals.

But now, Sheila needs our help. Recently, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the journey ahead is a challenging one. Known for her strength, resilience, and commitment to her community, Sheila is facing this personal battle with the same determination that has guided her career.
