It is with heavy grief and immense sorrow that we share the devastating news of the untimely passing of Kyle Osayi Ogbeide, a vibrant and joyful 7-year-old who left us this morning, July 9th, 2023. The shock and grief we feel are immeasurable, and our thoughts and prayers are with his grieving family during this incredibly challenging time.

Kyle was a remarkable son to Kem's Ogbeide (an MBA international Student at the UNB Saint John, Campus), known for his vibrant spirit, loving nature, and promising future. As a son, he brought joy and warmth to his family, and his sudden departure left an indescribable void in their lives.

As a community, we can rally around Kyle's family and offer our support during this harrowing period. Losing a child is a tragedy that no parent should endure, and we want to help ease the financial burden they may face as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. The costs associated with arranging a burial for Kyle is substantial, and Kyle’s parents are overwhelmed with the unimaginable pain of losing their beloved child, and the added financial burden only deepens their sorrow.
