Phoenix’s Medical Bills

Hi,

My name is Erica, and I am raising money for my dog Phoenix’s medical expenses. Phoenix recently had a pretty extensive surgery on her stomach to remove more than a few random objects some of which the vet could not identify. In the midst of her spontaneous chewing spree she also decided to start eating my carpet. The vet thinks she may have Pica, and it’s not unusual for dogs to develop this. Pica is a disorder that compels people or animals to consume non-nutritional things. On top of Phoenix’s medical bills I am also going to have to get a Behavioral Dog Therapist and a new carpet for bedroom (I rent and do not have a choice). I unfortunately do not have the funds right now to even pay off her medical expenses let alone the other stuff. If you feel so inclined to even give a small amount it would be greatly appreciated. However I understand I am coming from a place of privilege and do not expect anything. I am just appreciative that Phoenix is alive. To those who know Phoenix and the love she brings knows what a relief and blessing it is to have her on this earth. Hug your fur babies for me. Much love to everyone from me and Phee ❤️
