Hey everyone,

My family and I would like to share something that happened to our dog recently. This is cooper, he recently got hit by a car and suffered some serious injuries. He isn’t just a pet to us, we grew up with him and as any pet owner knows your pet is your family! And when something happens to them you treat it as such!

He has always been our chaotic dog who loves to run around and is a bundle of energy, and now he can’t even walk due to the damages of his accident. He also has a sister jazzy who is his partner in crime! These two are inseparable and she needs her buddy back in action! It’s really hard to see, we know it pains him to be so helpless, but he’s trooper and we know he’ll get through this, it’s just going to be a long road.

To briefly explain his damages, cooper shattered his ankle, dislocated his hip, and is in risk of infection and bladder failure. Cooper’s first surgery was $5,000, and unfortunately was not successful. He now needs a second surgery that’s $6,000 in order to sure he can run around again some day. This is not including the extra vet visits, meds, and all the recovery care he’s going to need. It’s been overwhelming trying to figure out how we will come up with all of this but we are determined to get cooper back to himself.
