Hello all my name is Latisha Stevens, I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Horrified and scared, I began to go to the doctor appointments, hoping to be free of this illness, mammograms, biopsies, port implant, finally ready to start chemo treatments, only to be told that my health insurance through my employer didn't cover chemo treatments, also that the enrollment deadline had ended January 31, I was diagnosed February 9, I was then told that because I didn't have specific reasons for a change of health insurance, that I would have to resign from my job of 20yrs plus..and still wait till the end of the month, so that job could release me from the health insurance presently..not covering my chemo treatments, I really need right now. I am a mom, sis, niece, daughter, like many. I do need all of your help right now, so I can try to start my treatments, all donations are greatly appreciated..thanks
