Being a single parent of three small children is a lot for one person.

So being a single parent and simultaneously trying to beat breast cancer takes a village.

Our dear friend Erin Campbell, has been dealt a difficult hand in

life recently. Shortly after finding out she was pregnant with her 3rd child, Erin was diagnosed with two types of breast cancer. Throughout her pregnancy, not only did she undergo surgery and chemo, but she also continued to work as well as care for her two young sons as a newly single mother. Erin is a strong, responsible, caring, and deeply motivated person who has blown my mind over the past year. If you want to talk about a strong woman, she is the textbook definition in my eyes. Wonder Woman should be wearing her shirt. She is just a few weeks shy of having given birth, and she is already back to Chemo sessions after a brief hiatus while she prepared for her next child to be born. Erin has worked as a private chef for the past decade and more and worked up until just a couple of months ago, and I hope that through GoFundMe we can support some of her medical costs to lighten the load.
