BFA Ultimate: Northeastern Championships
Donation protected
The BFA Fairfax Varsity boys and girls ultimate teams plan on going to Portland, Maine on May 10-11 to compete in the Northeastern Championships, but we can't do it without your help.
After both teams were victorious at last year's Vermont State Championship Game, we're looking forward to testing our skill against the cream of the crop in the northeast region.
Please, consider giving as much as you are comfortable giving. $1680 is our base goal as the tournament fee is $350 per team and $35 per player. With a two teams going and a total of 28 players, $1680 covers only the entry fee. Any money we can raise above and beyond our goal will go toward food for the athletes, gas for the drive, and thank-you gifts for our host families. Beyond that we're always in need of new discs, cones, and field paint. You can be assured that your well-earned coin will be put to good use helping a growing sport that supports 30+ athletes every year. The less an individual athlete has to pay for the trip, the more likely it is that he or she will be able to attend.
Please, donate sooner than later as each team's $350 deposit is due on April 11th.
Thank you for your time and your donation!
