Hi! My name's Jin, also known as DoggoJin on most platform. I'm about to finish school and with that, I'd like to finally live on my own with my 15yo cat, Poppy. I'm currently living with 3 other flatmates and it's been 7 years of this lifestyle for me now. And now that I'm going to enter professional life, I want to change that. I want to be able to have my own place and actually have had my application for a flat accepted!

Problem is, I have yet to find a proper job to pay for it properly. I need to pay a deposit of about 1000€ in the following week. Then pay for 3 months in advance (about 1500€) to reassure the landlord I'll be fine, while I'm looking for a job (I've studied to become a comic author)! And that's without mentioning the other charges like electricity, gas, etc...
