My sweet & amazing grandmother has been very sick fighting pneumonia following a covid infection. Although fully vaccinated, her immune system was weakened by cancer and chemo treatments and she never built up antibodies to the virus. She is currently hospitalized and we are keeping our hopes high she will recover. If you know my Mimi, you know she is full of life and most definitely full of LOVE. She has given so much of herself to helping other people and bringing joy to people’s lives all of her days. She has a very long road ahead of her probably involving an extended hospital stay and home care that will involve a pretty intense home remodel and caregiving that my family will be taking on. On behalf of my family I am requesting donations to help ease the financial burden this transition is sure to bring.
