Sal's top surgery fund

My lovely partner Sal has officially started fundraising for their top surgery, which they've been wanting for a long time and which they've started making plans for.

They've been looking at the options available, which are the most feasible in terms of cost, and in terms of adequate care, knowledge, and comfort leading up to, during, and following the surgery. Your lovely donations will help them be able pay for this gender affirming surgery, which unfortunately is not cheap or easy to access. This means that Sal is having to travel abroad, where this medical care is cheaper and you have to jump through fewer hoops as a trans person, to access it.

They are a sweet and generous person, and everyone lucky to know them knows how much consistent support they offer outwards to the community — and it's time we give them some support back, and help them complete a large step towards feeling the happiness and contentment they deserve to feel within their body.

Their chest has been the main source of their gender dysphoria and having the funds to be able to get this surgery would mean more than words can say - seeing them happy would bring some much needed sunshine to the world.
