Help Bella Beat Cancer!
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Autumn and my cat Bella is sick, she just doesn’t know it yet. About three weeks ago Bella was demanding her usual pets when I found a small but alarming mass on her left hind leg. After an FNA, biopsies, and a cat scan I got the news I wished I never did. Bella has cancer. She doesn’t act sick but if it’s the aggressive cancer the vets thinks it is, she needs surgical treatment to give her the fighting chance she needs. The surgery that most likely will give Bella the best chance is a hemipelvectomy but I’m hopeful that we will only have to amputate her leg.
It’s taken me over an hour to realize there is no amount of words to describe to you how much I love my cat. I’ve had her since she was born, one sour but sweet fluff of a kitten. She’s 13 now but not once has she acted her age. She plays and zooms around the room, constantly playing with her sister and cuddling with her mother. I love her more than she’ll ever understand as I do all my pets. They are my family and have been since I was just a kid. They have given me countless hours of joy and friendship. They are my everything and a major part of why I work in the veterinary field today.
I would and will do anything to help save her even if it means making a Go Fund Me for the first time in my life. Bella spends her days with three other senior cats as well as a senior dog, bird, and frog. Currently she is getting her treatment at the emergency veterinary hospital I work for. Any amount helps and I greatly appreciate all help and shares I receive. Bella is a fighter and as long as she’s fighting, I’ll be right by her side doing anything I possibly can to help. Thank you ❤️
