Hi Everyone,

I've never written one of these so please bear with me. This past Christmas I received news that my best friend Joshua Mendoza is no longer with this world anymore. The sudden, unexpected and tragic death came to a shock for us all. He was a best friend, a son, a brother, a cousin, a nephew and an Uncle. Josh's death took a piece of our heart that we feel we will never get back. So many people loved Josh as he was truly a beautiful soul. He will be deeply missed.

I am raising money to cover funeral costs.  I googled the average funeral cost and it said $7,000 so that will be my goal.  The money will be given to Josh's father. Excess funds will be to support Josh's siblings in attending college. Josh was always big on college and I know that is what he would have wanted.

We will miss him so much and Christmas will never be the same. Love you Josh. Can't wait to see you again in Heaven one day. I know you and your Mom are up there smiling down on us all.
