A cause I care about needs help

I am a local Personal Fitness Trainer/Coach based in Croydon and have attended many seminars and lectures at Purley Mosque which have been very beneficial to me and my family. I have also had the opportunity to run my Ladies only Fitness Classes to help our local sisters stay fit and healthy! As a local it sits with me to help and benefit  Purley Mosque who are very welcoming with a big heart!
