Cooper's Cancer Treatment

Cooper is our loving 5-year-old golden retriever. Cooper recently spent six days hospitalized at the Animal Emergency and Referral Center of MN for an illness we were frantically trying to figure out. He was initially seen three weeks ago for swollen lymph nodes, and we were told the results were inconclusive. Unfortunately, Cooper's health declined, and he had to be hospitalized, where the veterinarian ran a series of tests, including ultrasound, x-ray, bone marrow biopsy, and several blood draws. His labs were sent to Colorado State University, where they ultimately diagnosed our sweet boy with T cell lymphoma. He has started his chemo regime today and will hopefully continue for the next 18 weeks. His hospitalization and treatment will be costly.
