My name is Francine Mcintyre , on Friday Sept. 25/15 our son Cameron was enjoying a beautiful evening golfing with his dad, brother and work buddies, the cart he was driving flipped over and landed on his neck breaking his C4 C5 vertebrae's . He was transported to St. Michael's hospital , Toronto in critical condition. Surgery was performed and we were told he was paralized from the neck down. He is still in critical condition and having difficulties with his airways, he has a long road ahead of him with recovery and rehab!
