Professional Costume Collection for Our Students

Our wonderful costume designer for the past several years, Susan Kraig, is retiring and we have an opportunity to purchase a large collection so that we can continue to provide the same professional look for our students' performances. The professional video footage of these performances are utilized by our students for dance company and college audition videos and of course, are a source of joy for their whole families. These costumes also serve a great educational purpose in teaching dancers the context of the classical ballet masterpieces, to mold the character they are performing, and to create the atmosphere.
We plan to purchase 32 beautiful costumes that are designed for the image and character of famous classical ballet repertoire for female and male dancers of all ages. Due to Susan's excellent craftsmanship, these costumes will last for a long time and each costume is made so that it can be adjusted to fit different sizes.
Although it is a large investment right now, we needed to take advantage of this as we did not want to miss the opportunity and lose the costumes that our students have been using for a long time now. We so appreciate Susan's outstanding work and feel so lucky that she has graciously offered these extraordinary costumes to us at such generous costs. Well-made professional costumes like these being purchased could cost between $1500-$3000 each.
