In memory of Jean, we are reaching out to our community for support during this difficult time.

Her passing was unexpected, leaving behind her grieving family who now face an overwhelming financial burden in the light of her death.

Jean was a beloved wife, bonus Mom, Sister, Bishop (in the Community Catholic Church of Canada), teacher, friend, and mentor who touched countless lives. Her whole life was dedicated to serving and helping others.

As teacher in Louisiana she chose to teach in inner city schools and use her gifts to not only to educate but show her kids a caring and compassionate adult in an often unkind world.

As an Angel Lady and author, she worked to bring a message of hope and spiritual awareness of Divine Love to all who sought direction in their lives.

As Bishop in her Church, she helped build a community based on Divine Love, forming clergy to carry the light of Christ's love into their communities.

As a friend, she often had conversations deep into the night with those who were lost, in turmoil, and in need of an ear.

Jean was always available to those in need. Her impact on people's lives cannot be measured.

Many who are reading this have been blessed and inspired by her kindness, great wit, and incredible mind. There was truly no one like her. All this she did selflessly.

As we mourn her loss, in grateful recognition of all that she has given in the name of Love, we are rallying together to provide financial assistance to her family during this time of need.

Your generous contributions will help cover her funeral costs, alleviate the financial strain caused by extraordinary medical expenses (outside of OHIP) and lost wages, and will ensure that Jean is laid to rest with the dignity and respect she deserves back with her loved ones in Louisiana.
