Help Jay find a kidney donor

Hi my name is Javon Robinson I go by Jay for short. I am 29 and live in Upstate,New York. I suffer from FSGS/stage 4 renal failure and now I am on dialysis. I am in dire need of a kidney. A kidney transplant to be exact.
This year has been a lot for me. I lost my grandmother that raised me,caught Covid and now on dialysis trying to figure life out. I’ve been on dialysis since May 16,2022. It is very difficult process I’m not willing to continue with but having to in order to stay alive. I’ve worked since I was 14 years old now 29 it’s is challenging to work in this condition.
If anyone knows of any resources to help me in this process to find a donor match, it would be very much appreciated. Also if anyone would like to be tested to see if they’re a donor match it would be much appreciated as well.
