Hey there! My name is Rachel. My Mum Kaye and sister Belinda's story is about our amazing father/husband, grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 3. Just before Christmas 2021 we got given the devastating news he has cancer. He has been diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma with the possibility of it being stage 4. After finding 2 lumps in his neck and lung, it was discovered to be coming from a melanoma on his head. Not alot can keep our father down, even after suffering multiple strokes he was straight back to his workshop. Besides his family and Bonnie the bully his workshop is his life. But with this new hurdle comes bigger challenges. Surgery and recovery, loss of income while the bills don't stop. Our only wish would be to keep his mechanic workshop running for him to go back to once recovered and the pressure of any medical expenses lifted. Like anyone would say about their own, our dad is the best, kindest knowledgeable man you could ever hoped to have as a dad and he has given my mum, belinda and myself the best life and I'd like to return the favour as much as possible. We greatly appreciate anyone's kindness and you would be helping a wonderful man. Thankyou x
