In loving memory of Jace Marek

Hi, My name is Megan Bartz (Aunt) I am doing this fundraiser to help Jace's parents and siblings for medical/funeral/memorial service, and more.

Jace was diagnosed with childhood asthma at 18 months old. We have spent countless days at hospitals, Dr's offices, urgent care, and emergency rooms over the years. Jaces asthma has been something we/Dr's have not been able to get under control for years. We have tried dozens of different medications and treatments over these past 10 years, but nothing has seemed to improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, after 10 years of struggling, Jace suffered an asthma attack that he would never recover from. He went into cardiac arrest and lost his life.

Jace is 11 years old, he had a sweet kind soul, a very silly personality, very smart, shy and he's a great kid, he always cheered everyone up. We love him dearly and are all devastated that he has passed at such a young age. As a positive he will be an organ donor and will help other people in need of organs to survive or just to be healthy, we all know he would be happy that his parents have picked that option for what to do for him.
