Taxes, Kidney Stone operation and Unemployment

I need money for 3 reasons 1. to pay State and Federal taxes. 2. I have 2 kidney Stone operations coming up in August and 3. I am unemployed, looking everyday for work. My funds are less than 1,000 right now. I will be so grateful for anything you can send me. Thanks
