This year I have the amazing opportunity to visit South Africa with my Animal studies. The trip is to carry out vital anti-poaching and conservation tasks while expanding my knowledge of exotic animals. To help me reach my goal of this trip I will be waking 6K every day with a weighted backpack to mimic the average walk that mainly women and children have to take daily to get to a water source in Sub-Saharan Africa.
