Roadside Inn...Help our friends in need

Last Saturday afternoon a truck that was involved in an accident slammed into the front of Roadside Inn. Needless to say, they will not be opening back up for a while.

The impact of the accident was not just structural, it displaced all the ladies that work there in the mix of it. These ladies rallied together and cleaned up the mess, but their mess was just about to start.

They work hard there, and for most of them this was their only source of income for them, some have children as well to support. So with regular bills still coming and the holiday to boot, it could not have happened at a worse time.

Regardless ...These girls need our help to get through what I am sure is a devastating time for them. They are not just barmaids... to many they are family, friends, confidants and occasional therapists.

So if you can, please donate what you can. If you have ever been at your lowest I am sure you know what they are feeling right now.

I will pull the money each Friday and work close with Pam to make sure everyone gets what they need to pay their bills, get food, help with rent, etc. None of this will go to the owner, only the employees as they are the one's really put out by this.
