My name is Jennifer. I have made this GoFundMe in order to help with medical expenses for an emergency surgery my dog Rex has to have due to an obstruction in his intestinal tract.

Rex is my baby boy; he's more than just my pet, he's part of my family and is my child who I love and cherish deeply! I'm asking for anything you can donate to help his cause.
