Hello, I have been trying to get money for a small house, around 24' x 16' to live in. My current living situation is not ideal as my parents and I have started to have a toxic relationship. They are tired of me 'stopping' them; from what they say; living their life; due to my illnesses and are tired of taking 'care' of me, even though I take care of myself.

This has resulted in arguments and fighting as they want me to leave as soon as possible. I am currently struggling to find work as I have conditions that prevent me from doing normal jobs such as standing for too long or walking. I have POTS, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which means my heart rate is twice as fast as a normal one. This causes me to be tired more and limits my activities as it can cause me to become light-headed, drops my blood pressure, cause ringing in my ears, vertigo and fainting. For instance my heart rate laying down is at 90 BPM, sitting is at 110 BPM, and standing is at 130-140 BPM. Walking and running makes my heart go up to 180-200 BPM. This is one of the conditions I have. I also have acid reflux, migraines, anxiety, flickering of the eyes, Anemia, vitamin D deficient, immunecompromised, and was recently diagnosed with a tumor in my left knee.

With all of these I was forced to quit my last job and havent been able to work again. Which puts me in a spot where I am unable to move away from my parents constant toxicity. They refuse to be careful and frequently berate me for asking them to wear a mask when they go out so they don't bring back any illness that would either hospitalize me or kill me. At the moment I am living in a small 10'x12' room with a mini freezer and microwave. I quarantine myself most the time away from my parents to make sure I do not fall ill with whatever they bring back. They insist I should move out if I am going to continue being 'dramatic'.

I have saved some money from working before and am trying freelance work right now which gives me some income, but I ask for some help; even if its a penny donation I will be grateful; to get money faster for a safe environment away from my parents constant berating and arguing and ignorant behavior to my conditions and doctors orders.

My house has been sketched out below in sketchup. It rests at around 500 square feet with both floors. I have added two floors as building up is cheaper than building out.
