Hello, my name is Taylor James and I am a 4th year US-IMG from Ross University School of Medicine. I am raising money to pay for Step 2CK and apply to residency for 2024. My journey to and through medical school has been a tough one, like a lot of my peers. Unfortunately, I did not pass Step 2CK the first time around. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and unable to sit again due to costs and giving birth this past January. Due to expenses and being the primary caregiver of my son, I have found it difficult to save the money in time to take the test again by August. I have completed all of my clinical clerkships and my school is unable to award any financial aid. I am at the finish line and want to be able to finally say “I did it” and join my classmates in graduating.
