Help me save my life

My name is Juan Martinez and I'm an artist, primarily for the gaming and pop culture industries.  I've been diabetic type II for about nine years.  One of the possible side effects of high sugar levels in the blood is diabetic gastroparesis and cyclical vomiting syndrome.  This happens because the high sugar levels in the bloodstream damage the vagus nerve in the stomach, which prevents food from being moved from the stomach to the intestines.  This results in delayed food absorption which causes more damage.  I was diagnosed with the gastroparesis last year and while there are treatments, there is no cure.  I was then diagnosed with cyclical vomiting syndrome early this year, and have lost nearly 30 pounds from this.  I've lost most of the muscle mass in my body.  I can no longer work, and have been denied disability (although I am appealing this).  I have a huge amount of medical bills that are way overdue and I'm asking for help in paying these.
