This small business owner needs your help.   Tim is a floral designer and the sole proprietor of Floral Art by Tim. On February 25th, Tim suffered a major heart attack, causing his shop to be closed for over a week. While full physical recovery is expected in time, the setback is proving to be staggering. Tim is back in the shop part-time during his recovery, but part-time isn’t going to pay the rent or the mounting medical bills.

He was realizing his dream of opening his business shortly before the pandemic. Despite the tough odds of starting a business and then being hit by a pandemic, he pivoted his business model and kept his shop going until he could again open his door to the public. There were some grants offered to businesses following the riots in Minneapolis, but these stopped just six blocks short of his location. A couple of months later, a carjacking ended with the car crashing into the building front just one shop from him; again storefront business was directly impacted by reconstruction. Despite all of this, Tim was able to keep his business afloat.
