My amazing father unfortunately passed unexpectedly after leaving work Thursday night. Some amazing bystanders found him unresponsive and performed cpr until the EMTs got there. They got a pulse back and got him to AMC where they lost him again. They were able to get him back again but unfortunately the amount of time his brain went without oxygen caused his brain to no longer function. I ask if there is anything anyone can do to help support my mom in this time as she is going to be burdened with most importantly the funeral and medical bills that will follow this. I appreciate everyone and especially all of the doctors and nurses that did everything they could. I want to make sure my mom has a community of support for this very tough time. We will be planning to have a service for him within the next week and will provide more information on that as soon as we get it.
