You Can Change a Life This Christmas – for Good!
During this holiday, that is seriously challenged with coronavirus, mounting pressure, and, lost income and housing-related to COVID-19, we, Carrie Bernans, Marvel actress/stuntwoman of Black Panther and founder of CBSeed Foundation and Candace Rice, TV personality, actress, and founder of the Rice Foundation will collaborate again to help Memphis, TN. families with children at Christmas. (In 2018, our 1st year, we served 10 children who came from struggling families. Then, in 2019, we served 28 children, including a group of nine children who tragically lost their mom just before Christmas.) Then, in 2020, we served nearly 75 children. And this year, our goal is to serve 150 children in the Memphis area.
We are hoping you will help raise $30,000 to make sure that 150 Memphis children experience a heartfelt holiday and learn new life and financial literacy skills this year.
Please consider a gift of $25, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, $2,500 or a custom amount of $_______, because children, living in disinvested neighborhoods, deserve a fun Christmas too with needed and desired gifts, a family food basket, and new underwear! As a bonus, we will gift them with life skills and financial guidance to help construct their future economic health. We are a 501c3 so your donation is tax-deductible.
Thank you for considering joining us to create a big smile in a child’s heart for Christmas and a teachable-memorable moment in a child’s mind for life. Our personal childhood challenges and life experiences make us keenly aware of these children’s critical needs and extremely grateful for the life-changing value you can bring.
