We are stronger together. It is because of this that I call you all to action today. It is my hope that in our action we may provide our collective strength to a family that needs it. One of our Lily Pad Community families has been faced with a difficulty that will surely test their might, but we want them to know that they are not alone in this battle that stands before them, and that together we will prevail.
Out of respect for privacy and in light of the delicate nature of this situation, we will not name the family in need. Nonetheless, Lily Pad has started a GOFUNDME page and contributed an initial $500. We encourage those who can contribute, to do so. We contend it is a worthy cause. Let us rally together and help ease the burden that illness can bring to a family.
