Hello everyone. To start out, this is not a life threatening issue, just a quality of life improvement what we think is necessary. Our dog Shiro needs a surgery to remove (sorry this is gross) a cyst that will not stop rupturing and leaking blood and other fluids. It’s that huge thing on his back in the picture of him an Iris. We were quoted $1500 to remove it and that is a lot for us. Too much. But we want to improve his life and ours if we can. And we’ve reached our limit with this. As parents of a 20 month old we have very little time to deal with this problem (in terms of bandaging it constantly and dealing with the fluids when it ruptures) and obviously we can’t spare the money to do it on our own. And we also don’t want to have a gross cyst constantly rupturing around our daughter who loves to pet the dogs. Hence the go fund me! If you have the ability to donate to this we would be eternally grateful but we know times are tough for everyone so we completely understand when people can’t. It is not a comfortable thing to ask for financial help but this is just simply not in our budget, but it needs to be done. Help us get this boy his surgery if you can! ❤️❤️❤️
