Casper the friendly cat

Hi, I recently adopted Casper after his previous owner unexpectedly died. Casper is very sweet and affectionate but comes with a not so great medical history. I took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with feline HIV which has had an effect on his health overall, but our main concern for right now is his teeth. He has an appointment coming up where most if not all of his teeth will be extracted as well as having a few additional tests run. The vet quoted me anywhere from $800-$1300. Any help with these very bills would be greatly appreciated. It’s going to get done either way because I can’t imagine Casper is very comfortable and he deserves a nice and comfortable life after everything that he has been through.
