ThomasEricRodriguez Medical Expense

On Thursday January 14th  a very dear and close friend whom we consider family was involved in a rollover accident almost 1000 miles away from his home town while on his way to work. He fell asleep at the wheel in the early morning hours causing his vehicle to veer off the road and roll over multiple times. Eric was ejected from the vehicle and found hours later due to the rural location and the time of morning . Eric sustained severe injuries during the accident. He broke his neck from  c5 to c7  and  shattered his left leg. The incident happened in Oklahoma where he still currently is. Due to his injuries he is unable to work as a result of not working his insurance will terminate at the end of this month.  Eric is in stable condition ,has undergone  5 1/2 hour surgery for his injuries but unfortunately due to his neck injury he is unable to move his arms from his elbows down nor is he able to move his legs and has lost vision in his right eye Eric will be receiving intense therapy which will be costly  not to mention he will be transferred to a facility closer to homeTIRR Hermann Memorial Rehabilitation hospital in Houston ,Tx. Here he will continue his therapy to learn to walk again and hopefully regain movement and strength in his arms.He will still be 5 hours from where he and his fiancé and children permanently reside.It is hard not to think of the staggering medical bills accumulating and not to include their everyday living expenses.His fiancé is an Lvn but had to leave work due to needing and wanting to be by his side.She has been there  24 hours a day to push and help him get through this. So with that they both are not  working at the moment to fight this battle together.  Eric is a strong man and a very  persistent one and is working hard to beat this. His goal is to be able to hug his children again and be able to dance at his wedding . He has a loving ,strong woman by his side his fiancé Priscilla Rivera she has spent alot of her life helping others .Now is the time she needs us. It is a long road to recovery but they will fight to get there together.If you could please find it in your heart to help in anyway then we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
