This benefit will help Aromas San Juan School District with their distance learning challenges and raise money to buy some much needed Chromebooks. And like the past Rock & Run events, Graniterock will be matching all donations to reach the goal of $30,000.
With 2020 turning the world on its head, the annual Rock & Run had to be cancelled and that provided us with a unique opportunity to create a new way of benefitting the Aromas San Juan School District and Aromas School as we have always done. The Rock & Run would typically raise funds for outdoor activities including play structures and equipment. With 2020 providing such a rocky road as it is, the district finds itself in great and dire need of significant amount of resources and tools to make distance learning a success…hence Going the Distance.
WHAT YOUR DONATION WILL PROVIDE:
Your chance to move the sponsorship money you usually contribute to Rock & Run to Going the Distance. Any contribution you provide will literally help a kid get a better education.
