The Buccleuch Centre

Who are we?:

The Buccleuch Centre is a treasured theatre and arts venue, nestled in the town of Langholm. We provide a year-round programme of events from live music shows to Pantomime. As a registered charity, we don't make any profit. In fact, we run at a deficit every year. We rely on the generosity and support of others to keep our theatre going. With minimal staffing and a huge band of volunteers, we work hard to maintain, upkeep and develop this unique facility providing access to live music shows and drama, a coffee shop and excellent meeting and conference spaces. But we need your help. We're on a mission to raise £10,000.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Financial Support: Every contribution matters. Whether it’s a small donation or a larger grant, your financial support will directly impact and benefit us, with 100% of your money going towards our projects, such as repainting our theatre auditorium, revamping our coffee shop and outside space alongside general upkeep.

Become a Supporter: For £25 per annum or £2.50 per month direct debit you can join our loyal band of Supporters. Be entered into our monthly prize draw for free and get early access to tickets for some shows or come along to our exclusive Supporters Cinema. If you are a business, ask about our Corporate Supports scheme and benefit from free publicity on our website and named seats in our auditorium.

Collaboration: Perhaps you can help us in other ways whether it be volunteering in our coffee shop, Box Office or Front of House meet and greet for shows; resource sharing or helping us with new ideas. Any support is invaluable.

Gift Aid

Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year.
